The rules of the game
By accessing or using Multibags’s website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which are governed by the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and its Portuguese implementation (Lei n.º 58/2019). If you do not agree with any provision herein, please do not use our services.
Multibags provides professional valet parking services at Lisbon, Porto and Faro airports. Upon your arrival, our trained team will collect your vehicle directly at the terminal, park it securely in our monitored facility, and return it to you on demand when you come back. All services require prior reservation and are subject to availability.
Bookings can be made online or by phone and become binding once payment is authorized. We accept major credit and debit cards in Euros, as well as select online payment platforms. You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled drop‑off time; cancellations thereafter incur a fee equivalent to one night’s service. Refunds will be issued within seven business days to the original payment method.
All vehicles are covered by our basic third‑party liability insurance in compliance with Portuguese road‑traffic and insurance legislation. We are not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle; you are advised to remove or secure any valuables. Upon request, additional comprehensive coverage may be purchased for damage or theft beyond our basic policy.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information at booking and to treat our personnel and subcontractors with respect. Any abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour may result in immediate service refusal without refund. You will be liable for any damage or loss arising from your misconduct.
We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Portuguese data protection law (Lei n.º 58/2019). Data is collected for contract performance, legal compliance and legitimate interests. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing and request data portability under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect legal, regulatory or operational changes. Significant updates will be communicated by email and via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
